Benergy listed in Fast50 for third consecutive year

For the third year in a row, Benergy – known for the websites Gaslicht.com and Energiewereld.nl – has been listed in the Deloitte Technology Fast50. After making it into the list in 2009 and 2010, Benergy ranked 31st in this year’s edition.

The high rank is a result of Benergy being able to maintain the growth of the previous years. The Fast50 is put together by comparing revenue growth over a timespan of five years. Since the first notation was in 2009, it is safe to say that Benergy has been on the rise since 2004. Earlier Bencom, known for – among others – Bellen.com, Internetten.nland Totaalwijzer.nl, was ranked twice in the Fast50.

The success of both Benergy and Bencom has gained them a position in the Fast500 EMEA too, which makes them part of the 500 fastest-growing technology enterprises in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Whether or not Benergy is able to keep up the pace and hold their position in the Fast500 will be known by the end of November 2012, when the next Fast500 EMEA ranking will be published.

The Deloitte Technology Fast50 is an annual ranking of the fifty fastest-growing technology enterprises in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, based on revenue growth over the past five years. Coming in first this year is VoiceWorks BV.
